CM/SBR共混比对共混胶性能的影响

摘    要:研究了氯化聚乙烯橡胶(CM)/丁苯橡胶(SBR)共混比对其共混胶硫化特性、力学性能、耐热老化性能和耐油性能的影响。结果表明,随着CM用量的增大,共混胶正硫化时间延长,耐热老化性能和耐油性能均升高;当CM/SBR共混比为40/60时,共混胶具有较好综合力学性能。

Abstract:Effects of CM/SBR blend ratios on curing characteristics, mechanical properties, heat resistance and oil resistance of the blend were studied. The results showed that the optimum cure time of CM/SBR blend was prolonged with the increase of CM content, and both the heat resistance and the oil resistance were increased. The vulcanizate had good mechanical properties when CM/SBR blend ratio was 40/60.
