| Abstract: | The importance of the enterprises＂ culture and organization mechanism in information system construction and security should be recognized by the highest level of the leaders of one enterprise who should personally lead a team to prepare the program of policy of information security so as to assure an effective realization within the intefio of one enterprise because that an effective protection for information net is not only a problem of technology but also a management in an enterprise when such security has been promoted to the life level of one enterprise. |
