摘    要:介绍了锅炉给水泵专用螺栓拉伸器的工作原理,提出一种基于有限元仿真与实验相接合的设计方法.利用有限元软件ANSYS对拉伸器关键结构-缸体和支架进行强度校核和结构优化,并与制定拉伸器的试验方案进行数据对比.结果表明:初设参数下支架结构合理;缸体应力集中强度大于材料的屈服极限,不满足设计要求;优化缸体尺寸后,结构的安全系数为1.3;缸体外端应变数据中仿真值与实验值相符,大大提高了螺栓拉伸器在实际工程应用的安全性.

Abstract:The working principle of special bolt stretcher for boiler feed water pump is introduced, and a kind of design method that finite element analysis combines with experiment is put forward. ANSYS is used to check the strength and optimize the structural of the key strueture-tension for cylinder and bracket, and the data is compared with the tensile test scheme. The results showed that: the initial parameter of bracket had reasonable structure, the stress coneentration strength of cylinder was greater than the material limit yield, which did not meet the design requirements, the strength and stiffness of cylinder both met the material requirements after optimizing the structure size of the cylinder, and the safety coefficient was 1.3, the simulation strain data and experimental value of the cylinder outer were coincidence, which improved the safety of the bolt tensioner in practical engineering application.
