管件一体化数控加工工艺及实现

摘    要:针对管材弯曲成形中的技术难题以及传统管件加工方式生产效率低、精度低、能耗高、成本高及劳动强度大等问题,提出数控开料、管端、弯管及自动分料等一体化数控管件加工工艺及其实现方案,构建了一体化数控管件加工机床的整体结构,为一体化数控管件加工设计、制造及产业化等奠定了基础.

Abstract:The traditional processing method of the pipe fittings is characterized by the low efficiency, low precision, high energy consumption and so on. Furthermore, the pipe bending technology is still a problem currently. Therefore, the integrated NC machining technology of the pipe fitting and its realization is presented in this paper. At the same time the overall structure of the integration is structured. The research resuhs lay the foundation for the processing design and the manufacture of the integrated NC machining technology of the pipe fitting.
