数控机床后置处理与仿真加工优化的研究及应用

摘    要:针对某数控加工中心的控制系统,文中利用Post-builder软件开发个性化三轴后置处理器,并利用Vericut软件构建虚拟加工中心进行仿真加工和优化,最后,通过实验加以验证,从而提高了加工中心的加工能力和使用安全率.

Abstract:Aiming at the control system of a CNC machine center, specific 3-axis post-processor is developed based on Post-builder software, virtual machine center is built and virtual machining is carried out by Vericut software. Experiment on machining part is used to check the post-processor. The ability and safety of machine center is improved.
