| 摘 要： | 以Pro/E为平台,建立了堆料机回转支撑关键零件即台车的三维实体模型,并基于ANSYS对该模型进行有限元分析.依据分析结果,对堆料机回转台车进行优化,使其结构更合理,增加了台车整体的结构强度和刚度,具有重要的工程价值.

| Abstract: | Pro/E is used to establish three-dimensional solid model of the rotary car, which is the critical part of the stacker＇s rotating support. The finite element analysis of the model was carried out based on ANSYS. The structure is optimized. The strength, rigidity and stability of the device structure is increased. The results has important project practical value. |
