基于UG NX的球孔加工夹具设计

摘    要:以航空零件球孔加工夹具设计为例,介绍了应用UG NX8.O软件进行夹具设计及三维建模的方法,通过创建夹具三维模型,采用自上向下的装配方式完成夹具的装配及夹具体不同位置的调整,阐述了UG软件WAVE几何连接器的功能,同时介绍了软件的强大建模、工程制图功能以及分析计算功能,应用该软件提高了设计质量,缩短了开发周期,提高了企业的自主研发能力和竞争力.

Abstract:Taking the aerial part's ball hole jig design processing for example, UG NXS.0 software was used to design and build 3D modeling of fixture. Top-down assembly method was used to assembly the fixture and adjust the position of the different parts of the fixture. UG software WAVE geometric connector function, the software powerful function modeling, engineering drawing and analysis functions, were explained. These function can improve the design quality, shorten the development cycle, improve the company research and development capability and competitiveness.
