碳酸钙表面改性剂磷酸酯的合成及其在塑料体系中的应用

摘    要:本文在较佳合成条件下合成了不同碳链长度的烷基磷酸酯表面活性剂,并对产物进行了表征。该产品用于轻质碳酸钙的改性,当用量为2.5%(改性剂/碳酸钙质量比)时,可明显改善塑料填料CaCO3的表面性能及填充性能,对软PVC体系的加工性能及力学性能有明显的改善作用。且单酯改性的加工性能优于相同碳链长度的双酯。

Abstract:s Alkyl organophosphates of different carbon length were synthesized and analyzed under optimum conditions.When they were used in the modification of light calcium carbonate,with a mass ratio of modifier/CaCO 3 of 2.5%, organophosphates could significantly improve the surface property of CaCO 3, the processing property and mechanical property of soft PVC plastic system.We also found that monophosphates had better effect than biphosphates with the same carbon chain length.
