| 摘 要： | 分析了双层辉光离子渗金属生产过程中的主要工艺参数及其影响。结果表明，源极表面放电功率是影响渗层质量的主要因素。并进行了实验验证。

| Abstract: | The primary process parameters and its effects on industrial manufacture of the double glow plasma surface alloying was analysed.The results show that discharge power of the sourse surface is the primary process parameter of effects on the alloying layer.The results was verified by experiments. |
