圆度、圆柱度和同轴度计算机测量数据最小区域法处理算法研究

摘    要:提出一种用最小区域法进行误差评判时的数据处理算法——最佳脊线法。分别采用最佳脊线法和夹角法对同一组数据进行处理,结果表明,前者计算时间短,计算精度高。比较了自行开发的XWY-1A型组合式微机数据处理形状测量仪和Talyrond73型圆度仪对同一块规的测量结果。

Abstract:This paper introduces the application of computers in the measuring system from a new perspective,and puts forward an algorithm to judging the errors with the minimum area principle.The result from the optimum ridgeline algorithm is sotter than one form the inclination angle method for shorter computing time and higher computing precision.The results of the algorithm in the measuing system is compared with the correspondent products overseas. The optimum ridgeline algorithm is based on the combination of the spirits of greedy and dynamic adjustment of increasing steps according to target function. After successfully applied in this system, this algorithm has shown its prospect as the core technology to replace the imported measuring systems.
