磷钨酸铯盐催化合成单十二烷基磷酸酯

摘    要:以磷钨酸铯盐为催化剂,由月桂醇和85%(质量分数)的磷酸直接酯化合成单十二烷基磷酸酯,考察了带水剂种类、反应时间、磷钨酸铯盐催化剂中的铯取代数、催化剂用量和月桂醇与磷酸摩尔比等条件对磷酸转化率及单十二烷基磷酸酯选择性的影响。实验结果表明,以环己烷为带水剂时,磷钨酸铯盐催化该反应的活性较高,月桂醇与磷酸高选择性地合成了单十二烷基磷酸酯,其中C s2.5PW12催化剂的活性最高;当C s2.5PW12用量0.5g(占反应体系质量的0.3%)、月桂醇与磷酸摩尔比为1.00、环己烷为带水剂、86℃下反应4h时,磷酸转化率为68.5%,单十二烷基磷酸酯选择性为90.0%,且产品色泽好,呈乳白色。

Abstract:Monododecylphosphate was prepared by esterification of lauryl alcohol with phosphoric acid(mass fraction 85%) on cesium phosphotungstate catalyst.Effects of water removal additive,reaction time,substituted number of Cs+ in cesium phosphotungstate,catalyst mass fraction in reaction medium and mole ratio of lauryl alcohol to phosphoric acid on esterification were investigated.Under optimal reaction conditions: Cs2.5PW12 as catalyst,mass fraction of catalyst in total reaction medium 0.3%,mole ratio of lauryl alcohol to phosphoric acid 1.00,cyclohexane as water removal additive,reaction temperature 86 ℃ and reaction time 4 h,conversion of phosphoric acid and selectivity to mono-dodecylphosphate are 68.5% and 90.0%,respectively.The product is ivory-white in color.
