| 摘 要： | 循环经济是一种先进的经济发展模式，可以消解长期以来环境与发展之间的尖锐冲突。发展循环经济是当前中国环境保护和可持续发展的必然选择，循环经济立法是循环经济发展的保障，我国应借鉴日本和欧美一些国家的先进立法经验，从宏观和微观两个层面上来完善我国的循环经济立法。

| Abstract: | The recycle economy is an advanced pattern of economic development, which can dispel the long term conflict between environment and development. Developing recycle economy is the inevitable choice to protect the environment and keep the sustainable development. The legislation of recycle economy is the safeguard to develop recycle economy. The advanced legislation experience from Japan and countries of Europe and America should be used as reference, and the legislation of recycle economy should be promoted from both macroscopic and microscopic levels in China. |
