污泥焚烧过程中重金属排放特性试验研究

摘    要:利用实验室小型电加热流化床装置对深圳城市污水处理厂污泥进行了焚烧实验,研究不同的氯添加量、不同的焚烧温度及水分变化对重金属排放特性的影响。实验表明,随着温度增加,烟气中挥发性重金属元素的含量明显增多,烟气中重金属元素Zn、Pb含量随着所焚烧的污泥的水分的增加而减少,氯的添加也使重金属的挥发增加,尤以挥发性重金属更为显著。

Abstract:Effects of chlorine, combustion temperature and moisture ratio on the heavy metal distribution are studied with sludge, which is from Shenzhen Municipal Sewage Plant, incinerated in a lab-scale fluidized bed incinerator. The experimental results indicate that percentage of volatile heavy metals in flue gas increase greatly with the increase of temperature, and the increase of moisture ratio of the sludge leads to less percentage of heavy metals Zn and Pb in flue gas. The addition of chlorine also promotes the volatilization of heavy metals, especially for volatile metals.
