几种麻花钻刃型试验

随着汽车工业的发展和新材料、新工艺、新设备的不断采用,对钻削加工提出了更高的要求。本文介绍了长春第一汽车制造厂对七种不同麻花钻刃型在切削力、断屑状况和刀具寿命等方面与标准钻头进行对比试验的情况。试验证明,新的钻头刃型在大批量汽车生产中使用效果很好。

Testing for Several Cutting Edge Shapes of Twist Drill

With unceasing development of automobile industry and adopting new material, new technology and new equipment, the higher technical standard and quality for drilling process has been called. In this paper,contrast testing in cutting force,chip-breaking and service life etc. for cutting edge shape of seven different kinds of twist drills with standard drills were introduced. Test has proved that the excellent result with new cutting edge shape of drills has been obtained during large mass-production of automobile.
