熔体泵用螺旋密封的优化模型与优化计算

摘    要:以密封系数最大为优化目标函数,考虑了相对槽深、相对槽宽和螺旋角等约束条件,建立了螺套式螺旋密封封液能力优化的数学模型。采用MATLAB优化工具箱对螺套式螺旋密封的封液能力进行了优化计算,相比于传统的“直接法-变量轮换法”,此方法具有简单易行、计算量小,不依赖于密封操作参数等优点,具有较好的通用性。通过具体实例计算和应用证明了该方法的可行性。

Abstract:The optimization model of sealing ability for a bushing helical seal is presented. In this model, the maximum value of sealing coefficient is objective function, and the relative groove depth, the relative groove width and helical angle are designed variables. The sealing ability is optimized with MATLAB optimum toolbox. Compared with the traditional optimization method named direct-rotating variables, the method is easy and general and needs little computation and does not rely on the operating parameters. The optimization method is proved to be feasible and practicable by successfully resolving the filed problem of shaft seal for a melt pump.
