基于随机网络的电力工程数据库项目风险分析

摘    要:在电力工程数据库的建设过程中,多种不确定的风险因素对项目的最终实现会产生重要的影响。为分析数据库建设项目存在的风险,运用随机网络技术建立了电力工程数据库项目建设过程中的随机网络模型,并用矩母函数理论对项目的工期风险与费用风险进行定量处理,进而确定数据库建设项目的风险程度。最后通过对实际项目的分析,验证了该方法的合理性。

Abstract:In the construction of electric engineering database, a variety of uncertain risk factors have an important influence on the final implementation of the project. In order to analyze the risks of the database construction project, the random network model is es- tablished in the electric engineering database project using random network technology. Quantitative methods can be utilized to evaluate the schedule risk and cost risk of this project using the moment generating function theory, therefore, it can determine the level of risk of the database construction project , and finally , the rationality of this method is verified based on the analysis of an actual project.
