| 摘 要： | 研究了以二甲基乙酰胺 ( DMA)为催化剂 ,7-氨基头孢烷酸 ( 7- ACA)与苯并噻唑活性酯( MEAM)为原料 ,一步合成头孢噻肟酸的实验过程。探讨了催化剂用量、反应物用量、反应溶剂选择、结晶 p H等对反应的影响 ,在最佳条件下 ,头孢噻肟酸的合成摩尔收率超过 97%

| Abstract: | The experimental process on synthesis of cefotaxime acid was studied by using 7 aminocephalosporanic acid (7 ACA) and MEAM as raw material under the catalytic action of DMA. The effects of the amount of catalyst, the ratio of the reactants, the choice of the solvent and the pH of crystallization were investigated. The yield of cefotaxime acid was over 97% under optimum conditions. |
