摘    要:防空雷达的探测能力是防空系统较为关键的问题之一。但是在目前的防空指控系统中,雷达威力区主要采用二维进行表达,且计算过程存在诸多缺陷。在缺乏真实阵地威力图的情况下,文中利用雷达检飞场获得的威力图数据,并考虑地形影响和大气折射,来计算防空雷达的三维威力区,使得三维威力区更接近于真实情况,信息更丰富。同时,对计算地形遮蔽下的三维威力区进行了充分优化。实验证明了该方法的有效性,即使采用较高分辨率的地形数据,计算所耗费的时间仍在可接受的范围内。三维威力区可以为雷达部署和探测资源管控提供支撑,也可以辅助战机突防筹划。

Abstract:The detecting capability of air-defense radar ( ADR) is a critical problem in air-defense command and control system. However, in current systems, the power region of ADR is mainly expressed in 2D mode and contains many drawbacks in its computing process. In the absence of field-measured radar power map, the 3D power region of ADR is computed in this paper by employing the power diagram obtained via radar flight test and considering the influence of terrain and atmosphere, making the power region of ADR be closer to actual fact and contain richer information. Thereinto, sufficient optimizations are performed to terrain obstacle computation. The effectiveness of the proposed method is proved via experiment. The time cost is affordable even when using relatively high-resolution terrain data. The 3D power region of ADR may provide support to radar deployment, the management and control of radar detection, as well as the defense penetration planning of warplane.
