摘    要:研究了模压成型聚丙烯(PP)经等通道转角挤压(ECAE)加工后的性能。研究表明,一次和二次ECAE加工对PP结晶度和密度的影响较小。PP经一次和二次ECAE加工后其缺口冲击强度均有所提高,且经二次A路径的ECAE加工后试样的缺口冲击强度显著提高,约为PP的18倍;经C路径的二次ECAE加工后试样为各向同性材料,其缺口冲击强度较PP有所提高,拉伸强度下降,断裂伸长率提高,表现出很好的延伸性。

Abstract:The properties of polypropylene(PP) by equal channel angular extrusion(ECAE) processing were investigated. The results showed that the effects of ECAE processing on density and crystallinity of PP were minor. The impact strength of PP after 1st and 2nd ECAE processing increased, especially by route A ECAE processing, which was 18 times of that of pure PP. The specimen by route C ECAE processing was isotropic and its impact strength increased, tensile strength decreased, elongation at break improved and showed good.
