| 摘 要： | 以黑双环(B)作填充油,考察充油量对镍系聚丁二烯橡胶(NiBR)的加工工艺性能和硫化胶性能的影响。实验结果表明,随充油量的增加,混炼胶门尼粘度ML(1+4)100℃值下降,可塑性增加,混炼行为变佳;硫化胶的拉断伸长率、永久变形和磨耗均增大,拉伸强度和撕裂强度在充油量为15份时出现极大值,300%定伸应力和硬度降低,炭黑分布效果较好。综合考虑,充油量为15份时为宜。

| Abstract: | The effect of extended oil content on the processability,cure characteristic and physical mechanical properties of NiBR vulcanizates with black DCPD as extended oil were studied.The experimental results showed that the Mooney viscosity(ML) of the compound decreased,while the plasticity increased with the increasing of the oil loading,and the mixing behaviour was better.The elongation at break,the permanent set and abrasion loss of the oil-extented vulcanizates would be increased with the increasing of the o... |
