树形钢结构安装的精度控制

摘    要:树形钢结构的复杂多样和设计要求的精度较高,导致构件制作及吊装就位时精度控制难度加大。本文结合某一工程树形钢结构屋面工程为例,重点阐述了控制吊装精度采取的技术及组织措施,并将测量工作为智能化施工的第一道工序,为折柱、折梁结构的轴线精确定位提供了可靠依据。

Abstract:The branch-shape steel structure is complex and various,and has the relative high accuracy requirement,which lead to more difficulties for installing and manufacturing the structural members,especially for the hosting to the right position.Combined with the case of the branch-shape steel structure of the roof,this article illustrates the importance of controlling the hoisting accuracy technology and organized measures,and arranging the measuring work as the first procedure of the intellectualized construction,puts forward the reliable basis for the axis accuracy locating of the folding columns and folding beams.
