逆变式焊/割电源滑模变结构与PI综合控制

摘    要:根据焊条电弧焊/空气等离子切割电源特性,考虑到网压波动、经济效益以及人身安全,仔细分析了电源负载电流,短路电流和空载电压的要求,引入了滑模变结构控制(SMC),研究了基于SMC的电压环与基于PI的电流环相结合的综合控制方式,解决了电压超调与快速电压响应的矛盾等问题.文中从理论上推导了基于平均状态空间模型移相全桥间接SMC控制算法,应用了直接相移PWM波生成方法,从而使控制更为简单实用.最后在一台20 kW的逆变式焊/割电源上采用综合控制方法和单纯PI控制进行比较试验.结果表明,采用的综合控制方法应用在焊/割电源是一种非常有效且鲁棒性强的方法.
