烧结法赤泥物理化学特性的研究

摘    要:利用多元素快速分析、X-衍射(XRD)、激光粒度分析及热分析(DSC-TGA)等方法,对焦作中州铝厂烧结法赤泥的化学成分、矿物组成、粒度及熔融温度等性能进行了系统的研究,以期揭示其本身特性与用途之间的相关关系,为烧结法赤泥综合利用提供必要的基础数据和科学依据。结果表明:该烧结法赤泥中CaO、SiO2和碱含量较高,熔融温度低于1200℃,其主要矿物组成为方解石、硅酸铝钾、α-硅酸二钙及铝酸三钙,因此,可以作为烧结砖、免烧砖的主要原料及道路基层材料;其颗粒比较细,具有比较发达的比表面积,可以用作吸附剂应用于环境保护中。
