| 摘 要： | 介绍了PDCA管理法的基本内涵,根据隧道施工的现实需求,将PDCA管理法与隧道施工进度控制相结合,提出了相应的隧道施工进度滚动柔性控制方法,并结合实际隧道工程项目,通过由计划-实施-检查-处理过程的多次循环,消除了影响进度延迟的关键因素,极大地改善了隧道施工进度管理.

| Abstract: | The connotation of PDCA method is introduced,according to the requirement of tunnel construction,the PDCA method is used in combination with control of tunnel construction schedule,a rotating flexible control method for tunnel construction schedule is presented The factors influencing the schedule delay is eleminated by multiple circutation of plan-do-checkaction and the tunnel construction schedule control is improved. |
