旋风分离器芯管结构改进的试验研究

摘    要:在PV型旋风分离器的基础上对其芯管结构进行了改进,并通过正交试验得到了一种新的斜切芯管结构。性能对比试验结果表明,当入口气速为20m/s时,相对于基准模型,改进结构的压降平均降低10%,跑损率降低15%。

Abstract:Some improvements were performed of the structure of the vortex finder in PV type cyclone separators,and a new oblique cutting vortex finder was obtained with orthogonal test.The test result shows that the pressure drop of the improved structure was reduced by 10% averagely,the leakage rate was reduced by 15% for base model when the air velocity at inlet was 20m/s.
