新型比例调速阀低温流量特性研究

摘    要:介绍一种新型比例调速阀结构设计的主要特点,通过理论分析和数值计算,并应用流体仿真方法对各结构和参数进行设计和优化,研究低温环境下阀件的适应性和流量特性。通过仿真和试验验证,该新型比例调速阀在常温及低温环境中流量、压力稳定性好,且该阀具有集成化程度高、结构紧凑等特点。

Research on Low Temperature Flow-rate Characteristic of New Pattern Proportional Speed Regulating Valve
Abstract:The critical characteristic of structure design of a new pattern proportional speed regulating valve was introduced. To study the micro thermal adaptability and flow?rate characteristic of the valve, theory analysis, data calculation and fluid simulation methods were adopted to design and optimize the structure and parameters. Simulation and experimentation results prove this new pat?tern proportional valve behaves excellent flow and pressure stability both in normal and low temperature circumstance. This valve also takes on the characteristic of high?compositive and structure?compacted.
