基于STM32的振动式循环脉冲电解控制系统设计

摘    要:设计了以STM32为控制器、以触摸屏为人机界面的振动式循环脉冲电解控制系统。该系统采用伺服电机编码器反馈脉冲信号控制脉冲电解的加工角度范围,即当反馈脉冲个数处于某一区间时,进行脉冲电解加工,在区间以外时停止脉冲电解加工,从而实现小间隙加工、大间隙冲刷功能。此外,通过相应硬件和软件设计实现两台电机同步转动、平滑加减速和准确回零等功能。应用该系统能有效提高脉冲电解的实时性、准确性和加工质量。

Design of Control System of Vibration Type Cycle Pulse
Abstract:The control system of vibration type cycle pulse electrochemical machining ( PECM) was designed based on STM32. The touch screen was used as human?computer interface. Using the system, the machining angle rang of pulse electrolysis was con?trolled by the feedback signal of encoder from servo motor. When the number of the feedback signal belonged to a section, the pulse electrochemical machining was processed. When the number of the feedback signal did not belong to the section, the pulse electrochem?ical machining was not processed. Thereby small gaps processing and large gaps clearance were realized. Moreover, through the design of relevant hardware and software of the control system, the functions including synchronous rotation of the two motors, smooth acceler?ation and smooth deceleration, accurate back to zero were realized. Using the control system, the real?time and accuracy of pulse elec?trolysis and the quality of pulse electrochemical machining can be validly improved.
