仿古地板表面自动加工专用机床的设计

摘    要:分析仿古地板表面纹理加工工艺特点,设计一种仿古地板表面纹理自动加工专用机床。该专用机床采用模块化组合设计,由进料机构、出料机构和单模组加工单元组成。单模组加工单元由机架、传送装置、压紧装置、浮料装置、台板装置和切削系统组成,其中切削系统采用一轴多刀的结构。通过控制系统控制刀轴升降和刮铣刀在刀轴上有规律、无相关性地摆动,从而在木地板表面上加工出仿古纹理的效果。该机床结构紧凑,生产效率高,可降低企业的劳动力成本,增加企业的产能。

Deign of Surface Automatic Processing Machine Tool for Archaized Floor
Abstract:Archaized floor surface texture processing characteristics were analyzed. A kind of special machine tool for archaize floor surface texture automatic processing was designed. Adopting modular design, the special machine tool was composed of a feeding mechanism, a discharging mechanism and a single mode set of processing unit. The single mode set of processing units was composed of a machine frame, transmission device, pressing device, floating platen device, bedplate device and cutting system. In the cutting sys?tem, the structure of a multi?tool axis was used. Through the control system to control the cutter shaft lifting and cutter scraping on the knife shaft regularly, swing no correlation, the effect of archaized texture on the wooden floor surface was achieved. The machine has the advantages of compact structure, high production efficiency, so the labor costs of enterprises can be reduced, the capacity of the enterprise can be increased.
