| 摘 要： | 结合我国中小型制造企业的特点,提出一种基于形状特征的车削工时定额方法。采用Visual Basic 6.0和Microsoft EXCEL电子表格,开发了新型工时定额系统。该系统根据毛坯尺寸与特征尺寸自动计算加工余量,自动确定切削参数,简化了操作过程,提高了工时的计算速率和准确性。该系统为产品成本的核算、生产计划的安排提供了数据支持。

Development of Man-hour Ration System for Turning Based on Shape Features |

| Abstract: | According to characteristics of small and medium?sized manufacturing enterprises in China, an approach to man?hour ration was proposed based on shape features. A new man?hour ration system for turning was developed by using Visual Basic 6?0 and Microsoft EXCEL. Using the system, machining allowance and parameters were determined automatically according to stock and feature dimensions, therefore the operation was simplified, the calculation speed and calculation accuracy were improved. The system provides data support for accounting of the product cost as well as arrangement of the production plan. |
