炼锌新工艺中的给排水技术应用

摘    要:针对常压富氧直接浸出炼锌工艺的技术特点,分析新工艺和引进设备对给排水的要求,设计中分工段,分系统、分水质供水.与传统炼锌工艺相比,增加了蒸汽冷凝再利用水系统和通风专业除酸雾洗涤器循环水系统.

Abstract:In connection with technology characteristic of atmospheric enriched-oxygen direct leaching,the request of new process and inward equipment for watersupply and drainage were analyzed.Water was supplied respectively for different workshop section,different system and different water quality in design.Compared with traditional zinc smelting technology,steam condensation recycle system and circulation water system of acid-mist washer were added in new process.
