| 摘 要： | 南京某住宅楼拟采用土钉支护,后由于业主临时要求改变地下室设计,施工方将基坑超挖1 m,引起基坑内壁出现裂缝渗水,并且裂缝进一步发展,采用了竖向土钉结合自进式锚杆进行加固,取得了良好效果。

| Abstract: | The foundation pit of a residence building in Nanjing was designed to be retained by soil nailing walls,then the owners wanted to modify the basement design,and the builders excavated the pit 1 m more than the initial design,some cracks appeared and water seepage occurred.The cracks were wider and wider,then the vertical soil nails were used to reinforce the foundation pit,and a very good effect was achieved. |
