摘    要:分析了折板除雾器弯曲通道内气体流场分布,确定了气体流场的流函数.涡量方程和边界条件,建立了除雾器压降的数学模型,模型的数值求解方法采用有限差分法,最后着重分析了除雾器高度、转折角、板间距、气体流速对除雾器压降的影响。数值计算结果与实验数据相符合,可用于指导脱硫塔除雾器的设计。

Abstract:Flow field distribution in a curved duct of vane type mist eliminator is discussed in this paper. Equations of stream and vorticity functions and boundary conditions are determined. Mathematic model of pressure drop for mist eliminator is established. Finite difference method is used for solving mathematic model. The effects of height, turning angle , spacings and gas velocity on pressure drop are analyzed finally. The results of numerical simulation show that they are in good agreement with experimental data, and therefore, it can be applied guide to designing a desulfurizing tower.
