河南油田蒸汽吞吐井氮气泡沫抑制边水技术研究

摘    要:河南油田稠油油藏存在边水,在蒸汽吞吐开发过程中边水侵入严重,造成油井含水率急剧增加。为此,对蒸汽吞吐井氮气泡沫抑制边水技术的影响因素和应用条件进行了研究,结果表明:氮气泡沫抑制边水技术适用于边水能量适中、非均质性较强的油藏,且在强水淹时实施能取得较好的抑制边水效果。应用该技术进行了现场试验,措施有效率100%,平均含水下降了23个百分点,取得了较好的控水增油效果,达到了抑制边水的目的。

Study on nitrogen foam anti-edge water-cusping technology for steam stimulated well

Abstract:The edge water cusping is serious during the steam stimulation of Henan oilfield because of the existence of edge water in the heavy oil reservoir,and the well water cut increases sharply for the edge water cusping.An experimental device which could simulate edge water was designed according to the feature of Henan heavy oil reservoir with edge water,and the effect factors and application conditions of nitrogen foam anti- edge water- cusping technology for steam stimulated well was studied with the device.The results show that the anti- edge water- cusping technology fits for the heterogeneous reservoir with a moderate energy edge water,and a better blocking result will be achieved if the technology is applied at the time of serious flooding.Field tests were proceed on the basis of experiment results and field experience,and the success rate was 100%.The average drainage period decreased by 0.7d,the average water cut decreased by 23%,and the oil/steam ratio increased by 0.25.The technology reduces water cut and increases oil production significantly,so the target of edge water inhibition is achieved.
