制浆造纸废水深度处理新技术

摘    要:目前制浆造纸废水中大部分发色的木素衍生物都难于被降解脱色,排出废水的色度和COD较高。因此,必须对制浆造纸废水进行深度处理,进一步降低出水的COD和色度,提高出水质量,以达到国家《制浆造纸工业水污染物排放标准》(GB3544-2008)的排放要求。介绍了造纸废水深度处理新技术的研究现状,讨论了各自的作用机理及其在造纸废水深度处理中的应用,提出了通过多种工艺联合处理,优势互补,才能做到经济性与实用性的统一。

Abstract:The major part of chromogenic lignin derivatives in pulping and papermaking wastewater is difficult to be decolored,its color and COD are also high. Therefore, the effluent from secondary treat- ment must be advanced treated for further reducing the color and COD improving effluent quality, to meet the requirement of the newest "discharge regulation of water pollutants for pulp and paper indus- try" (GB3544-2008). The paper describes the advanced treatment of wastewater technology research; discuss their mechanism and the application in treatment of wastewater in the paper. A variety of proces- ses are joined, complementary advantages, to achieve economic and practical unity.
