| 摘 要： | 随着水利水电工程建设的发展,水利水电工程施工企业技术水平也不断得到进步。笔者根据水利工程施工特点,结合实践工作经验,谈一下在水利水电工程施工管理过程中的成本管理方面,如何能够进行有效的控制工程成本,提高施工企业的经济效益,增强施工企业市场竞争力。
