摘    要:吉达4井位于乌兹别克斯坦费尔甘纳盆地卡拉吉达构造,是中石油部署在该区块的第二口超深探井.该区块地质结构复杂,储层埋藏深度在5 700~6 500 m左右,井底温度超过160 ℃,钻井液密度高达2.38~2.43g/cm<'3>,属高温、高压、高含盐、高含硫深层低渗油藏.上部和深部井段均存在高压盐水层和大段盐膏层,钻井过程中极易发生盐水侵、盐结晶、石膏层蠕变缩径、卡钻等井下事故.针对地层复杂情况,该井从三开井段开始使用欠饱和盐水聚磺钻井液.现场应用结果表明,该套钻井液在井底温度超过160 ℃时性能稳定,抑制性好,抗盐钙污染能力强,满足了"四高一超"(高温、高压、高密度、高含硫、超深井)条件下的润滑防卡、井壁稳定、流变性控制等一系列技术难题,未发生任何井下事故,实现了钻探目的,满足了施工要求.
