利用水溶性聚合物防止油井水泥H2S腐蚀的研究

摘    要:基于水泥石防腐机理,合成出一种水溶性低分子聚合物FH,其遇强酸固化成膜.将FH加入水泥浆后,能有效阻止H<,2>S气体的入侵.对常规水泥、加砂水泥和掺有水溶性聚合物FH的加砂水泥进行H<,2>S腐蚀试验,测定水泥石被腐蚀7 d后的外观变化、腐蚀深度和抗压强度的变化,通过扫描电镜观测、X-射线衍射分析研究了水泥石受腐蚀后的微观结构与成分.结果表明:水溶性聚合物FH能够明显地改善水泥石的抗腐蚀性能,与石英砂复配使用能达到较理想的防H<,2>S腐蚀效果,腐蚀7 d后水泥石抗压强度变化率仅为5.2%;FH的配伍性好,能与多种外加剂配伍使用,除对早期强度略有影响外,对水泥浆体系无较大影响,掺有水溶性聚合物FH的加砂水泥浆综合工程性能良好.

Abstract:A water-soluble polymer FH is synthesized,based on the mechanism of cement stone corrosion prevention,which has the characteristic of forming film encountered strong acid to prevent the invasion of H2S.By the tests of SEM and X-ray diffraction,the results are obtained that HF can improve the anti-corrosive performance of cement stone sharply,and can prevent H2S invading effectively if cooperated with quartz sand,and the compressing strength of cement stone decreases by 5.2% after 7 d corrosion.Moreover,FH h...
