| 摘 要： | 盐探2井是为探明东营地区地下矿盐资源而投资部署的一口重点探采井.针对该井完钻钻井液密度高(1.87 g/cm<'3>)、平均环容小、水泥环薄、井底静止温度高(143 ℃)、固井封固段长、环空静压力高、钻遇盐水层等复杂情况,经过大量研究与室内实验,优选出了前置液,完善了水泥浆设计方案,开发出了高密度抗高温低失水缓凝增韧水泥浆体系.该水泥浆具有一定的抗压强度、良好的稳定性和较好的失水控制能力,稠化时间易调,其在盐探2#φ177.8mm尾管固井中进行了成功应用,现场注水泥225t,施工顺利,固井质量为优,实现了开发目的.

| Abstract: | Located in Dongying area,well Yantan2 is a key exploration well.Many difficulties are encountered during drilling operation,such as high density drilling fluid,small annular volume,high bottom hole temperature,long cement section,and high annular static-pressure.A new cement slurry system is designed for salt wells to solve these problems.Having good theology,this cement slurry system performs well at improving displacement and reservoir protection.Field application in salt wells is satisfactory. |
