缩水甘油封端聚氨酯的合成及其改性环氧树脂的粘合性能

摘    要:详细介绍了用缩水甘油将端异氰酸酯预聚物转变为环氧封端聚氨酯的合成方法,考察了温度对反应速度的影响,并利用付利叶变换红外光谱仪快速跟踪技术,证实了反应主要发生在预聚物的异氰酸酯基与缩水甘油的羟基上;在80℃反应前期环氧峰略有降低,说明有少量环氧基发生反应。环氧封端聚氨酯加热到100℃发现有凝胶出现,在贮存中粘度略有增加。另外还考察了缩水甘油封端聚氨酯与E-51环氧树脂及三乙烯四胺固化体系的粘合性能。当软段含量<25%时,剪切强度和剥离强度均提高;当软段含量>30时,剥离强度提高而剪切强度降低;当软段含量在25%~30%之间时,强度变化较复杂。

Abstract:Glycide changed into isocyanated terminated to form glycidyl terminated polyurethane resin.The reaction rates of isocyanate to the hydroxy group of glycide rose with the increasing of temperature.It was observed that by reactions were hardly happened bellow 80℃ by the Technique of Fourier Tansform Indrared Spectroscopy(FTIR).The effect of the soft segment content on adhesion properties was examinated.It was found that 180 peeling and shear strength increased with the increasing content of soft segment when the content was less than 25%,and that when the content > 30%,the peeling strength increased and the shear strength decreased with the increasing content of the soft segment.
