| 摘 要： | 目前,高校毕业生就业形势越来越严峻,而高职学生就业观念中还存在就业期望值偏高、一次性就业和职业终身制观念仍比较突出、自主意识匮乏等诸多问题,这是他们就业难上加难的重要原因。本文针对这些问题进行了相应的探讨。

| Abstract: | At present,it is harder and harder for higher college students to get a job.Many problems(widely) exit among vocational college students,including higher expection for employment,idea of lifework and lack of initiative sense.this is why they can not get a job easily.In this article,I put forward some relative countermeasures in accordance with these problems. |
