砾石钻具内钻头的结构及强度分析

摘    要:通过分析砾石钻具内钻头的结构,以确定该钻具在松散地层、卵砾石地层地震勘探高效成孔速度要求下使用的可行性。针对受力复杂的内钻头,利用有限元理论,采用ANSYS工程软件对其进行强度分析,并提出了改善其疲劳强度不足的方法。

Abstract:Structure analysis of the inner bit in gravel drilling tool is made in the paper in order to make sure that it meets the requirement of high boring speed of seismic exploration in unconsolidated formation and gravel strata. The force that stressing the inner bit is stressed is complex and analysis of intensity of the inner bit is made by ANSYS project analysis software base on the finite element theory, and the method of improving the punishing stress on the face of the inner bit pedestal is proposed.
