| 摘 要： | 有计划的市场经济促使人们用经营的理念去重新认识一些问题。城市的管理和建设也需要融入经营这一理念。本文从城市经营的概念、目标、实现手段等几个方面分析了城市经营的相关问题。尤其是在城市特色的挖掘和建立上,提出了自己的一些的认识。
