摘    要:在不同的反应条件下,采用二步法将葡萄糖与两种不同链长的醇混合合成烷基糖苷,可获得不同组分的烷基糖苷产品,对其基础应用性能进行了研究。结果表明,低碳链的烷基糖苷在产品中所占的比例越大,其表面活性越低,而产品乳化力的优劣与表面张力大小并不直接相关。

Abstract:Alkyl polyglycosides (APG) are synthesized by mixing dextrose with two kinds of fatty alcohol with different carbon chain lengths under different conditions by two step process.The basic application performance of different APG products is investigated. The results show that the greater the proportion of compounds with short carbon chain in APG products, the lower their surface activities. The emulsifiability of APG products does not directly depend on their surface tension.
