摘 要: | ——本文讨论了TRAPATT振荡器电调谐的条件,提出了微带——波导耦合形式的TRAPATT电路,用插入波导中的变容二极管,使第三次谐波独立调谐以实现TRAPATT振荡器的电调谐.工作于S波段的电调TRAPATT振荡器,电调谐范围大于30MHz,而输出功率变化小于0.2分贝.

A S Band Electrically Tuned TRAPATT Oscillator |

Abstract: | This paper describes neccessary conditions of electrically tuning the frequency of a TRAPATT oscillator. A TRAPATT circuit with microstrip-waveguide coupling structure has been proposed, which enables the third harmonic to be tuned independently and the TRAPATT oscillator to be electrically tuned with a varactor in the waveguide.Tuning range of the S-band TRAPATT oscillator is excess of 30 MHz with an output power variation of no more than 0.2 dB. |
