| Abstract: | This paper introduced the working character of discharge luminaries and the common methods of enhancing the power factor by parallel connect compensational capacitor.The paper also analyzed the problems of using parallel connection capacitor for reactive power compensation under the condition of power grids harmonic,then bring up several relevant measures. |
