振动流化床干燥器HAZOP分析

摘    要:本文介绍了工艺过程危险可操作研究(HAZOP)的分析程序、步骤。文中将振动流化床按工艺装置分为7个节点,详细分析了每个节点中有意义的偏差、偏差发生的原因、可能导致的后果,并提出了相应的控制措施,从而提高装置的安全可靠性,预防和减少事故发生。

Abstract:Analysis process of HAZOP was introduced in this paper. Vibration fluidized bed was divided into 7 nodes and each) valuable node deviation was analyzed. Then causes of each) deviation and possible consequences were determined. Finally, control measures were proposed to improve the safety and reliability of vibration fluidized bed, prevent and reduce accidents.
