纳米钨合金粉末的制备技术与烧结技术

摘    要:钨合金包括 W- Ni- Fe,W- Ni- Cu,W- Cu,WC- Co等钨基合金材料。这些材料由于具有一系列优异的物理力学性能而在航空航天、国防军工、机械加工行业、电子行业、信息通讯行业和娱乐业都有十分广泛的用途 ,尤其是在当今科学技术日益发达的高科技年代。采用纳米粉末制备的纳米钨合金块体材料具有非常优越的物理力学性能 ,用作高性能结构件和高性能电子、微电子等功能材料等方面都将具有很大的潜在优势 ,可以更好地满足高性能新型材料的要求。本文分析了近几年来国内外纳米难熔钨合金的研究状况 ,详细地介绍了数种纳米钨合金粉末的制备技术 ,并针对纳米粉末烧结时的晶粒长大问题 ,介绍了可能的几种纳米块体材料的烧结技术。

Abstract:Tungsten based alloys include several kinds of materials,such,as,W-Ni-Fe,W-Ni-Cu,W-Cu,WC-Co materials.These materials have a lot of super physical and mechanical properties.They have a wide application in aerospace aviation,national defense military project,machinery working,electronics,information correspondence or amusement trade,in particular in the current years full of speedily super-high SCI-tech.Nanometer tungsten alloy materials made from nano-structured powders will exhibit super physical and mechanical propertise.So they have a potential advantage in manufacturing high property structure component and electric,micro-electronic parts,and can better satisfy new material with very high properties.In this paper,the research on nanometer tungsten alloys in the current years in or out our country are reviewed,and several kinds of processing on nano-structured powder perparation methods were introduced in detail.And more,aiming at the key problem in sintering of nano-structured powders,several kinds of potential consolidation sintering technique were also introduced.
