| Abstract: | The remote monitoring and control is an important measure and instrument in water resources management nowadays.The core technologies such as the structural pattern,theoretical principles,and the relevant technologies of communication,remote transmission,data base,remote control,etc.for the real time remote monitoring network system for water abstraction in Liaoning Province are described herein. |
