葵花籽壳皮箱栽平菇的试验研究

我国葵花籽年产量约达到9亿公斤,榨油后的副产物葵花籽壳皮约有2亿公斤,长期以来,葵花籽壳皮这一宝贵资源大部分用作燃料,未得到合理的开发利用.本试验研究用三种不同方法处理葵花籽壳皮后生料箱栽平菇,其结果均正常出菇.每公斤葵花籽壳皮平均可收鲜菇0.7—0.8公斤,每公斤鲜菇生产成本约0.40元,经济效益显著,该项研究成果如果在东北及内蒙地区推广,可为我国北方人民增添鲜菇这一山珍佳肴.

A STUDY ON CULTIVATION OF OYSTER MUSHROOM IN BOXES FILLED WITH SUNFLOWER SEED SHELL

Annual output of sunflower seeds is as many as 900000 tons in China, and annual output of shell a by-product after extracting oil is as many as 200 000 tons. As a useful resources, the Sunflower seed shell has been mostly used as fuel for a long time and its utilization is irrational.The author made a Preliminary study on treating sunflower seed shell with three methods for cultivation of oyster mushroom in boxes. The result indicated that, fruit in every treatment is normal, average yield of fresh mushroom per kg. Sunflower seed shell is 0.7-0.8kg, and Production cost per kg. fresh mushroom is about 0.40 Yuan. Economical benefit of the production is notable. If the achievement comes into use in the Northeast and Inner Mongolia, Peaple of the northern part of China can always eat this delicious mushroom.
