摘    要:以硝酸锌为原料,分别采用沉淀法和燃烧法合成纳米氧化锌(n-ZnO)颗粒。采用X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜和紫外分光光度计对n-ZnO样品进行表征,并研究合成机理和样品紫外屏蔽性能。结果表明:用沉淀法获得的n-ZnO粒径较小,为20~40nm,颗粒分散均匀;用燃烧法制备的n-ZnO粒径为40~80nm。两种方法所制备的n-ZnO均属六方晶型,具有较强的紫外吸收能力,并且吸收出现蓝移,表现为量子尺寸效应。

Abstract:Nano-sized zinc oxide(n-ZnO) particles were synthesized by precipitation method and combustion technology using zinc nitrate as raw materials.The as-synthesized samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscope,and ultraviolet(UV) spectrometer.The synthetic mechanism and UV-shielding properties were also investigated.The results show that samples prepared by the precipitation method have a smaller particle size ranging from 20 nm to 40 nm than those synthesized by the combusti...
